Dear Papa G,

I don't even know where to begin, because there's so much I want to say, and it's hard to find the right words. But I'll start with the most important one-thank you.

Thank you for always being there for me, even when we were far apart. Your love, support, and wise words have stuck with me through every season of my life. You've always had a way of pushing us to be better, to keep moving forward, and to never give up-no matter how hard things got. That strength and determination you passed on to us will live in me forever.

Visiting you and being around family has always been one of the things I looked forward to most. I know those visits and reunions won't ever feel the same without you, but I'll hold on to the memories and the lessons you gave us. You were always teaching us something-whether it was how to face life's challenges with courage, or simply how to be kind, humble, and full of heart.

You were more than a grandfather—you were a guide, a steady presence, and a light in my life. I've learned so much from you, and I carry those lessons with me every day. Thank you for being a part of my life. Thank you for loving me and helping shape me into the person I am becoming.

I love you so much, Papa G. I'll miss you deeply, but I know you'll always be with me.
